Synovial Osteochondromatosis of Shoulder
Synovial osteochondromatosis (SOC) is a benign condition characterized by synovial membrane proliferation and metaplasia. The entity also is termed synovial chondromatosis. The synovial lining of a joint, bursa, or tendon sheath undergoes nodular proliferation, and fragments may break off from the synovial surface into the joint.

The top two are X-Ray, and the bottom three are MRI correct?
What is the difference between an MRI and and X-ray? Do you need different degrees to operate these two different tools? I looked at this website that lists lots of different radiology schools to get some information. Is the difference that an X-ray machine only does bones,and an MRI does tissues and ligaments?
