ANTERIOR TIBIAL TRANSLATION- >7MM IS SIGNIFICANT
ABSENT ACL, THIS IS PRIMARY SIGN, IT SHOULD NORMALLY BE PARALLEL TO BLUMENSAAT LINE WHICH REPRESENTS ROOF OF INTERCONDYLAR NOTCH
BUCKLED PCL, AN ANGLE LESS THAN 114 DEGREES IS SIGNIFICANT
MENISCAL TEARS- LATERAL MORE ASSOCIATED WITH ACL TEARS THAN MEDIAL
UNCOVERED POSTERIOR HORN LAT MENISCUS, THE TIBIAL LINE SHOULD NORMALLY NOT CROSS THE MENISCUS.
"NOTCH" IN LATERAL FEMORAL CONDYLE, CALLED THE "LAT. FEM. NOTCH SIGN". ITS DEPTH SHOULD BE >2MM.
KISSING CONTUSIONS IN THE "NOTCH" ON LATERAL CONDYLE AND ON POSTEROLATERAL TIBIAL PLATEAU.
