Dislocated socket of hip prosthesis.. ??
The lady might NOT have followed the preventive instructions after hip replacement surgery like avoiding crossing the legs etc....
Ayush, can you take a look at the xray instead of guessing clinically?
you have another chance.. Think of NEET...
multiple myeloma
What about osteosclerotic ill-defined lesions in the right and left femur, ilium and ischio-pubic ramus? could they be metastases from breast cancer?
yes finally, they are secondaries from breast cancer. this is k/c/o of breast cancer...
Ok sir got the answer.. the prosthesis took away our eyes from the mets ... :-P
so the history that was withheld must be some surgery (radical mastectomy) or something else related to breast cancer...
But sir apart from these mets , was the prosthesis also displaced?
