Possible Sheehan's Syndrome
Optic chaisma appears pulled down and infundibiular stalk is deviated to right. There is no history of surgery available or drug therapy. Partially empty sella is noted. These findings may indicate optic chiasma herniation into a partially empty sella. Clinical and hormonal correlation suggested along with visual assessment to r/o possible sheehans syndrome sequale.
