Dorsal Epidural Lipoma-MRI
Evidence of long segmental lipomatous leison noted in posterior epidural space. It is hyperintense on both T1W and T2W sequences and extends from D4 to D9 level and indents posterior thecal sac. This is a nice example of epidural lipomatosis. As many already realize, this can lead to spinal cord problems including canal stenosis.
