Rathke's Cleft Cyst-MRI

Evidence of bulky pituitary gland with convex superior margin. There is evidence of hyperintense signal on T1 weighted image with hypointense signal on T2 weighted images which shows signal suppression on T1 fat sat images. Lesion shows kidney shape on axial images and is in between anterior and posterior pituitary. Optic chiasma is normal. ICA flow voids are preserved. These findings likely indicate rathke's cleft cyst.
