Sialolithiasis-CT
This is 40 year old female patient. There is evidence of dense calcific shadow in the left submandibular region measuring around 1.6cm in long axis involving the proximal duct and glandular region, consistent submandibular calculus. CT is excellent at visualising stones both within the duct and within the gland.
