People chase Gold, we idolize the people with the Midas touch, people who touch anything and it turns to gold. But as the legend goes, when King Midas touched food and his daughter- they turned to gold too. That is when he understood that this gift was a bane as was his loathing for gold, and then he cursed his gift. I believe this fable, has deeper meaning in today's world where we chase money and then the food turns into gold and all you can eat is low calorie, low fat, low spice, bland food and all the delicious food you cannot digest anymore. Then if don't leave the loathing for Gold, you touch your relationship and you lose them. Idea in life is to chase dreams, chase passion, touch lives, make a difference.
Midas Touch is surely a gift but when your desire for Gold spills into personal life, thats when things start to go wrong for entrepreneurs.
