Adamantinoma Tibia -Cross sectional Imaging

data: Clinical data: Right leg pain
Tenderness over anterior aspect of tibia.
CT & MRI FINDINGS: An expansile lesion in the mid tibial saft involving the anterior cortex
with bubbly, multicystic appearance and evidence of partial obliteration of the medullary cavity. Lesion
appears hypointense on T1 weighted images and shows heterogeneously
hyperintense signal on T2/STIR images. Findings including age and anterior
tibail diaphysis location possibly suggest adamantinoma of tibial diaphysis
versus other differential of osteofibrous dysplasia.
