Symmetrical Post Dislocation Greater Tuberosity Fractures-CT
Bilateral anterior dislocation of the shoulders with fractures of both greater tuberosities is rare. A young man with seizues sustained a bilateral anterior dislocation of shoulders with fractures of the greater tuberosity on both sides after hitting a wall. Prompt closed reduction was done and CT was performed which revealed almost symmterical greater tuberosity fractures.
