Neuropathic Joint (Charcot Joint)

Case report: Diabetic patient with swelling of foot on CT shows degenerative changes along with osteophytosis/erosions/ osseous destruction involving the subtarsal joints, with involvement of calcaneocuboid, talonavicular and cueniform bones. Increased  bone density and debris in this region.  These finding in view of history of diabetes are suggestive of neuropathic joint (charcot's joint).
