Pott's Spine: CT
Osseous destruction along with partial wedge collapse of L3/L4 vertebral bodies with some retropulsion of the collapsed vertebral body along with involvement of the intervening disc space and asoicated pre/para vertebral soft tissue along bulky & heterogenous psoas muscles (R>L). Epidural extension of the soft tissue at L3/L4 level compressing the thecal sac. There are areas of calcification in the bilateral paraspinal abscesses. Vertebral bodies along with destruction have patchy areas of sclerosis as well.
These findings likely suggest L3/L4 spondylodiscitis, likely tubercular in nature along with psoas abscess and epdiural extension with patchy sclerosis, indicating on treatment status.
