Frontal Osteoma: Xray
This patient shows well-circumscribed, sharply-marginated round lesion in the right frontal sinus less than 2 cm in size. These lesions are benign, slow growing and usually asymptomatic. Multiple paranasal osteomas are found in Gardner’s syndrome.
