Happy Doctor's Day
Being a doctor is not easy. We enter the medical school at an age where the real meaning of being a physician is difficult to understand. To many of us it begins like a professional choice, with endless studies and yes, exams after exams and exhausting duty hours. As you go onwards in this journey as physician every now and then you encounter moments which touch your soul. Moments in which you could make a difference in someone's life and moments in which doing your best was not enough.
There will be days when you will compare with the (apparently relaxed) life of non-physicians. There will be days when your family will complain. There will be unsatisfied patients complaining at times.
But in the end looking back, being a physician is a unique spiritual call.
You can always look back and smile at the difference you made and life's you touched.
