Suprascaular Neuropathy with Distal clavicle fracture
Operated case for clavicle fracture. reveals fracture of the distal end of the clavicle along with associated scarring and soft tissue hypertrophy. Altered intrasubstance signal alteration in the supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscle bellies. These changes may indicate denervation changes secondary to suprascapular neuropathy/scarring around the distal end clavicle fracture.
